Vivien Kohler

Vivien was born in Cape Town, where he studied at the Ruth Prowse School of Art. Initially a painter, Vivien’s work with sculpture earned him the Thami Mnyele Sculpture Merit Award in 2017. He has produced numerous solo exhibitions, notably at the Sulger-Buel Lovell Gallery in London in 2017 and 2018, as well as at Gallery MOMO in Johannesburg, with the most recent titled This Too Shall Come To Pass. His work has been shown at several art fairs and is part of a significant travelling group show, If You Look Hard Enough, You Can See Our Future: Selected Works from the Nando’s Art Collection.
